Turnaround was proud to execute the detailed design for this industry-leading Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) Grid Injection Facility installed at a large dairy farm in Upstate New York, United States. The RNG facilities include natural gas metering, regulating, odorization, and BTU Enrichment capabilities.
An international chemical manufacturer tasked Turnaround with developing a scaled digital twin of a molten sulfur loading rack. We employed our Low Poly Digital Modeling techniques to surpass the stringent size requirements and provide a responsive cloud-enabled 3D model with low lag. The digital twin and optical AI ensure drivers follow the correct loading procedures while providing remote operators with essential functions such as fugitive emissions monitoring, pipeline leak detection, observing local gauges, and verifying valve lineups.
